100 g oatmeal
100 g raisins
500 ml milk (low fat)
200 ml water
1 kiwi
1 banana

184g carbohydrates (73%)

16g fat (14%)
Tip: If the shake is too thick and difficult to drink, you can add as much water until it has the consistency you like best.
